Shipping & Returns


We strive to give our customers the best possible service.  Shipping is one area that can be of critical concern, especially when shipping internationally.

What is your time frame?
Often parts are needed overnight, We appreciate your input if you have special shipping requirements, so call, or send us an email to: info@isotherm-parts.com.

Domestic Shipping
We can ship your order by any of these major carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL, and the U.S. Post Office. We send packages from our own warehouse in Maine, and also from several other locations.

International Shipping
If you are in a remote location and need a part in a hurry, check with someone with local knowledge as to what is the best/fastest shipping method will be. Over the years, we have found FedEx is the best carrier in remote areas.  
We also send many packages through the Post Office. The Post Office is our preferred way to ship packages to Canada, the UK, Australia, and Europe. International Priority Mail takes about 6-10 days for delivery. Unfortunately, this service does not include a tracking number so it is not appropriate for time sensitive shipments.

Returns
Luckily, we have very few returns because we try our best to insure the product is the right one. Returned items must be unused and undamaged and in the ORIGINAL packaging. Our restocking fee is 15%. To initiate a return, please call us, and we will give you instructions.  Include a copy of your original invoice with any return. Shipping charges incurred will not be refunded. Refund or exchange is made at the time of return. Please call us for details.
