If you would like tech support on a system you have on board, please have the model number on hand when you call.  It’s also helpful to know the age of the system.

For really tricky issues, we may ask you to take a picture of the system to send to us. Even if you have the model number, it helps us tremendously to see the "as is" condition.
 
We also welcome drawings of existing iceboxes for reference when making equipment recommendations for a system.
